It's game day!! A tip of the hat to the IU team and coaches! We have enjoyed the winning. Sure wish that all our players were healthy and in prime season condition. Going on the road in the Big Ten is tough. And IU men's basketball team has shown that they do not give up. Just get a good start and defend well on the road. Shifino is going to handle the ball well and gets lots of assists and score in double digits. TJD will get his normal double double and block a bunch and hold whatshisname to a minimum while not getting into foul trouble. We need the whole team to be spot on. Speaking of foul shots...hit em. IU wins by 8. It is written.

He knows his ball. Love hearing him talk through everything he’s seeing whether it’s free throw technique or actions the teams are running. More insightful than basically any other color guy I’ve heard this year. You can tell he prepared his butt off. He knows everything about these teams.

The varsity boys basketball team continued their dominance over the Wayne Warriors with a 48-43 road win, marking their 7th consecutive victory against the Warriors. With this victory, the Elks finished the GWOC regular season with a perfect 14-0 record in the Greater Western Ohio Conference (GWOC), capturing the GWOC title for the 5th straight year. Leading the charge for the Elks was senior Gabe Cupps with 20 points.

10 sims. Close results -- Michigan won 6 of 10 sims. Average score was Michigan 78.3, Indiana 77.5. Two games went OT, three were decided by a single point.

I still haven't figured out why teams wearing dark uniforms at home has become such a fad. I just watched the Xavier-Butler ending and at first I couldn't figure out what was going on because I didn't realize Xavier was wearing white.

Xavier will be a quad 1 win regardless of what they do the rest of the year since it was on the road.

I also like that if the 3 schools he wants to visit…Woodson is the only coach he says he has the best relationship with. May mean nothing but good to hear.

I’ve been to Crisler many times, for IU/UM games and other conference games (Illinois and N’western come to mind specifically). No need to be conflicted. Still a great win for IU and just a road loss for X where it was controversial. Actually helps IU in a way if IU and X are on the same seed line. Head to head could come into play if their resumes are similar

Makes sense given that they’re up there. Just got done watching it. McKenney had a nice game. It’s not easy for him because the Detroit Catholic League is tough and his team isn’t very good. Also, it’s as physical a high school League as I’ve watched. He gets all the defensive attention and he’s not the sort of athlete that can just beat pressure cold. What he is is a really tough shot maker. He makes as many contested jumpers as anyone you’ll see. Tonight he made at least a half dozen fully defended looks. Also, has really deep range.
