Sort of think Maryland might have been willing to at least strongly consider making that move and that’s a miles better job than NC State. thebigweave, lillurk and str8baller 3 Quote

His ceiling appears to be the sweet 16, and he's only made it once in the last 12 years. He's a solid coach, I just think he is what he is at this point. He will win a decent number of games and maybe make the 2nd weekend every once in a while. (Which is obviously much better than IU has done recently). But I think the ceiling is higher with DeVries. Just my opinion though. cybergates and lillurk 2 Quote

They get pretty far into the teens I'd imagine right? Them in the Ivy is a fun thought experiment. Basically every night they’d have a talent advantage 1-4 or 5, but the top of the ivy is older guys that have been together a few years with good coaching. Home Jersey and Hovadipo 2 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted April 1 Posted April 1 It’s been a pretty good carousel this year. Living up to the hype. When we hired Archie 2017. OSU takes Holtman. Illinois takes Underwood. I’ll grade Archie at a D to D-Holtman gets a B- to C+Underwood gets an A-. This cycle : DeVriesMedved BuzzMcCollum Let’s hope we figured something out. I’m a bit worried though. I’ve still got some Archie vibes going on. Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners thebigweave 1 Quote

WayneFleekHoosier Posted April 2 Posted April 2 Sounds very likely for Beard to A&M. Best coach of the cycle goes last. Fortunate for A&M, they can throw their hands up and say they had no choice as the play in the top 25 next season. LOL. Eagle’s Rug, skhoosier2, Hoosierfan2017 and 2 others 3 2 Quote
