While Cathy helps let the process play out we gotta just keep working man. Malik has been out six games.
I'm not using that as an excuse but man he is not conditioned. I just gotta get these guys to understand. Look I got seven new players

Not in the slightest....I´m saying IU society is going to require the next coach to win immediately. Or he wiĺl be toast too.

....I agree to some extent. Winning, especially with IU basketball used to be the norm for decades.

I think most of us on here can agree that if we saw much better coaching on a consistant basis, wins wouldn't be so hard to come across. That being said, a loss with the same type of improved/better coaching is more palpable. The quality/results of our losses are where everyone is scratching their heads about.

A better coached team easily puts us in the top 3rd of the BIGTEN. IMO.

I cannot even imagine what is going through Bryson Tucker's head at this point. Five star recruit that has played well at times and is by all accounts a good kid is watching this train wreck and literally has not seen the floor for two straight games.

Ohhhhh boy...

Dislocated pinky

For nostalgia sake, I’m hoping for some rumors of a 3:30 press conference.

You’ve been around IU message boards a while if you get that reference.

I would like that more then a random insider tweet of Dolson “gives Woodson a vote of confidence.”

He has a dislocated finger so maybe that is why he hadn't played

I think at the very least we need to see effort, fundamentals, and players playing like they give a **** - coaches as well. The fanbase rallied around Crean's first couple teams despite nothing but losses bc they played hard and you could tell the coaching staff was engaged - something good was brewing. Totally different situation back then but you get the point. We appreciate hard work and hustle. The wins will come. If they don't, you'll get fired.

Nah. Two games ago he was questionable but warmed up, was active, and was in uniform, and now he's completely off the injury report.

I read about Rice's presser response yesterday saying the substitution threw them off because they were trying to get everyone in their spot on the fly....

this morning i saw the press conference clip of him saying that, but before his statements, CMW put most of the blame on Rice saying he "didn't come off, he stayed there in the corner and we didn't get much out of him."

i get calling out your players if needed (Bobby did it) .... but this guy constantly throws his guys under a bus ....glad Rice spoke his part .... wonder if that led to the locker room fiasco we heard about

Is it the pinkie or is he in the dog house? I was wondering why he didn’t get any run with as bad as Gallo was playing.

I surely don't want it to happen, but should we get a full fledged a$$ whippin' in West Laffy, even Woody's staunchest supporters might throw in the towel as far as continuing to defend him.  Even ex-players should be ashamed that he put that kind of product - a product he selected - on the court wearing IU uniforms.

I'm wondering if any of the Coach Ya and Woodson sparks carried over into the locker room... these are two guys that are rumored to have already physically gotten into it...and Coach Ya was very obviously frustrated before that last play and post game.

I think we are in serious trouble on Friday...could get very, very ugly.

He is a smart kid, into academics, family seems great.  It’s harsh, but I’m surprised he came here.  Most recruits like him sniff out our problems and go elsewhere.  I suppose the short recruitment window didn’t help them and they just made a mistake.  It what it is, just an interesting topic.
