Let's not forget there has already been fighting among players and coaches in the huddle. I believe when the season really starts and things get hard this house of cards will fall apart. I will be more shocked if Woodson finishes the season. It may be medical or some other reason besides firing but I doubt he makes it imo. This will get bad unless he can get these guys playing alot better.

The “compromise” by Dolson to let this go down this way saved us some good cash on the buyout. Lot of litigation today. Make no mistake about it, this was not Woody’s decision to retire.

I think the decision will be made (if it hasn't already) well before March. When you lose the fanbase like Woodson has, you don't get it back. His age and lack of recruiting aren't helping him, either.

For all those thinking that IU will be back next year no matter what, remember that roughly 2/3 of his losses are blowouts. Since they'll probably finish around .500 in the B1G, that's another 9 losses there. 6 of them will probably be blowouts. Then a blowout in the B1GT. This makes it unlikely they'll get to the NCAAT, but even if they do they'll get blown out there in the 1st or 2nd round. 

Attendance will continue to get worse and worse as fans become more apathetic. 

I just don't see him being brought back even if he squeaks into the tournament simply because of all the blow out losses and losing the fanbase.

Buckner won't be able to protect him and the NIL money this year wasn't well spent.

I’m so freaking sick of this joker. We have so many transfers because he refuses to recruit high schoolers to balance out classes, and then he uses the “newness” as an excuse for his team sucking. Dude is such a joke.

You mean like new coach Pat Kelsey did at Louisville with TWELVE new players? Kicked Woodson's @$$ in the Bahamas... he just needs to STFU and go away.

We all knew this excuse was coming!  He is a very crappy who is too lazy to figure out how to develop chemistry nor does even know how to develop it

As long as he's protected by Buckner...he may be going nowhere despite people howling for his job. Woodson and Buckner probably don't care what people  want or think. 
For instance, all of AH could boo Woodson and he probably wouldn’t be phased lol.
He isn't in the least. If he has quinn and the money boosters he is good. A boo won't bother the king in the least. He has such a massive ego it's why he doesn't seem worried. He knows he is good.

We have not built a resume to get in yet.  And would need to dramatically improve our play to have any chance of going .500 in conference.  Let alone well enough to make the tourney 
But we beat minnesota. That's our big win. Lol.
