The way IU is handling this doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in their ability to handle the coaching search…

There is just no way they can do that to him or the fans.  This was awkward in December.  It was bad in January.  Are they really going to trot him out there for a month to get booed?  Is that the lasting image recruits/transfers will see of IU?  On second blush, that is par for IU.

Do you think they'd still boo him if they know he's retiring at the end of the year? It's that bad in AH this season?

To your last sentence, I can’t quit on Scott. I think he navigates through this one and we come out ahead. It was probably always gonna end uncomfortably.

Yeah, it's a d@mn shame and one that pi$$es me off beyond words that he can come in here absolutely unqualified and collect $20M while driving the IU basketball program deeper down into the abyss and claim to have done his job... I didn’t say removed. I said fired and let to coach out the yer bringing our total to 4/6 coaches terminated before the end of the season…or you know: the thing you say never happens. lol..indeed
