Crean > Woodson.

Let me ask you something.  We are playing 0 defense now.  If Dolson grew a pair right now and fired MW today and hired Crean to take over this team tomorrow and he was OK with just finishing out the season with no other strings attached, would you be OK with that?

Sure but it would never happen.

Gotta love Woodson. Also, Gunn dropped 22 today

Leave it to Woodson not recognize or develop talent.  Makes you wonder what the heck is going on in that program.  Makes you wonder if he tears down players confidence.  Good for them to excel despite Woodson

Woodson and co. recruited him so they recognize the talent. They just can't develop the talent or get all the talent to play well as a team.

I stand corrected!  Good point but I did say develop too.

Thought you didn’t pay attention?
You know, you’re not gonna watch.

Some people watch through the good and bad.

Some just watch and hope that the team falls

Ironic that Steuben’s claiming he hasn’t watched. Just a month ago he chastised me for not watching this terrible team. Guess he no longer watches through the good and bad.

Not an endorsement,  but damn his teams were fun to watch! And apparently, Sugarcane Monroe agrees.

There can be 2 truths. Crean was far far superior to last 2 coaches since him. Crean rebuilt the program and had his chance to succeed but for what should be our standard he wasn't good enough. However of you fire crean I think you have to pull the trigger far sooner with Archie and Woodson and fire them sooner. Worse with Woodson though because he is old and Archie needed a little time to have a chance cause he was young. My opinion

Someone needs to stick that on his office door and put a new one up every time it gets taken down, which will be multiple times a day LOL

Doubt he visits his office that much

We should strive for national championships. His lack of defense hurt his teams in the end. Nice person though. Never settle. If you do, we’ll keep getting disappointed every four years.

Agree completely! But damn his teams were fun to watch. All he needed was a good defensive coordinator, NIL, and a good personal assistant with great organizational skills.

Didn’t Tamar Bates have like 30 in an upset of #1 Kansas the other day too? Either those guys are thriving under new systems or they all just so happened to suck for Woody and miraculously are good against top teams a year after leaving IU.

He did…but Woodson’s style is so out dated that other players thrive in a modern style offense.

Difference between choosing not to watch and having other obligations.

BTW, I did record and watch.

Maybe think of other options before assuming anything. But then, you know that, right?

Yeah also sucks to watch McNeely put up 20+ v Gonzaga on prime time national tv.

Fire Mike Woodson.
24 so far. Can't believe he didn't want to play for the king!!

you guys have an infatuation on calling me out.

Busy time of year. Other things in life take priority.

Sorry I can't live up to the high expectations of this board.

Thanks for the snark, regardless. Wouldn't expect anything less.

On 11/28, you said this:

”Nine straight. That’s my benchmark. Any slip ups and time to move on”

Any slip ups and time to move on - and we didn’t just slip up, we completely quit in the last 7 minutes. Ended the game on a 17-1 run by Nebby - the same Husker team that lost to Sparty by 37 the game before.

Do you still defend this? Not asking to be snarky or “call you out” but, my God, if Friday doesn’t kill what support you have left, what will?
