Dream job….worst thing that can happen (barring any criminal activity) is walk away with several $millions regardless of performance or become a legend by one more win than loss during coaching tenure.

Cig has the textbook Coaching personality from what I've seen of him. Love the attitude/energy he exudes. I'd be ecstatic if we could replicate some of what Stoops has done in Lexington.

You could tell Fisch genuinely liked the guy, I am going to try to not get overly optimistic and be fair and give the guy a chance to build this program, but I really think this guy can make Indiana a winning program and I cannot wait until next season!

First time I've been excited for a season to start not really caring about the immediate results.  Figure it will take a few years to get it in full gear but excited to see a team that doesn't play scared.

I’m not sure his ego can spare a few years of getting it in full gear…..and I love it!

On Jim Coyles show Fisch said it’s the most excited he has been about an IU football coach since Hep.
