Where are the Europeans? One’s 6’10” and we need center help and the other supposed to be a stud guard. I honestly thought Enright would come off the bench and I see his role there down the stretch.

The "big guy" (Andrej Acimovic) is redshirting and the PG (Aleksa Ristic) is injured, if I heard correctly.

EDIT: Corrected my statement. I had the two backwards.

I think you have those opposite

I’m interested to see how we go about roster building from here on out. Redshirting, without injury, in modern NIL seems almost like an anachronism.

If Ristic or another injured guy can crack the rotation we could at least say we have 3 guys with PT returning in Miles, Sisley, and 3rd person. If we bring in 5 more seniors in the transfer market we put ourselves in similar situation going into yr 3 though.

Dorn too, hopefully. So maybe 4 guys returning if Ristic cracks the rotation.

We are shooting 90% as a team from the FT line.

Made 36 of 40 in our two games.

Don't necessarily expect to continue at that pace, but wow -- what a difference from years past.

HATE leaving free points out there ...

When you build a team around shooting, free throw shooting will be there

Watch list

Indiana coach Darian DeVries has a history of producing quick turnarounds at previous stops and is hoping to pull another one off in his first season in Bloomington. The Hoosiers looked good in the first week of the season, blowing out Alabama A&M and Marquette to inch closer to being ranked. Indiana next has two games that won't exactly move the needle -- against Milwaukee and Incarnate Word -- but could find itself ranked if the early-season jumbling continues.

Doesn’t Bailey have two years of eligibility remaining? And Harris has like 3 years? Both of those are probably getting rotation minutes realistically assuming Harris comes back from injury.

Reed is a senior. Harris is a sophomore.

Harris will be injured until December IIRC and when he is back, he will be the 3rd big guy. Kinda doubt he plays many meaningful minutes this year, but maybe he makes the most of an opportunity. I could see him and Drake being candidates to be "Creaned" potentially. I think Dorn and Ristic are the most likely of the injured guys to play rotation minutes this year. Ristic maybe sparingly but we need a 3rd ball handler and I think Drake could also be out until December. Tough to carve out a role under those circumstances.

We have 6 seniors. 2 HS commits. So minimum of 4 portal players if nobody transfers out. Need a starting C and a starting PG.

Field of 68 Goodman and Dauster post-win show. Most of this video is an on-air with Lamar. Our SG is one hell of a smooth, funny, guy. Great interview!

During the Marquette game Lamar made a reverse layup high off the glass and fell to the court....he spotted the camera, while sitting on the floor, and mugged for it with a grin! I knew right then watching Lamar this season was going to be a lot of fun!

CDD mentioned this on the radio show with Fisch. He didn't say they delayed it on purpose, but there was a delay that allowed them to watch the end.  I was wondering if it had to do with the ATC or they did it to watch the game.

"Darian DeVries said the team had a delay on the runway and got to see the end of the football game against Penn State on Saturday. They were taking off as the team won the game. He said the Wi-Fi went out as soon as the final pass fell incomplete."

I enjoy watching this team. I think it's the type of style that will be enticing to talented 3 and d players as we move forward. Someone with Ke'el Ware's skill set would make the ideal 5 for us. I think we can find that on the oversees market. I don't think right now is the ideal roster for DD. There are glimpses of it. I look forward to the middle of the pack games we play. There are great stylistic match-ups there. I think we're a .500 team in conference. Louisville is the worst possible match-up for us because they're the same team except in year 2, deeper and more talented. I think we'll get stomped. Kentucky on the road will be tough too. 19-12 going into the conference tournament.

There will worse teams than us make the tournament. I'm not sure we can.
