They are basically taking money and willing to give it back if they are wrong just to get you on their site and bet on other things. With Beard it very well could be that they looked at his 52% P4 conference winning record instead of his off the court issues and said, "no, thanks." With Wade, it was very likely that he still had 1+ year left on his show cause. At the end of the day, whatever the reason, those schools decided they would rather hire a pair of coaches with 0 combined NCAAT wins instead of Beard or Wade.

8bucks Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Remember how we used to laugh at Maryland for hiring Williard? I think many gave Wisconsin a hard time for Gard and the early years of Underwood looked tough. They are all looking pretty good right now. Hopefully hiring a very good to great experienced college coach with our resources will yield similar or better results thebigweave, JPCIVOP, RoadRage and 2 others 5
