Talked to someone who directly talked to a players parent within the last couple of days. Parent told them Scott had said to "TOTALLY tune out all the noise you're hearing, nobody knows anything this time around and they won't until the announcement is made". Sounds like this parent felt very confident in Scott's stance and thinks it will be a great hire and felt like things might be done. Now obviously Scott will be sending that message, but I'll just keep my fingers crossed and hope that we're heading for a good ending to this drama.
