You don’t think so? Makes OSU an absolutely must win, and likely need to win 2 in BTT

I think they still need another quad 1 win and maintain not having any Q2 or below losses which likely would require beating OSU, taking care of business in the first round of the BTT, and then winning another. The noncon schedule and performance was just so poor. Also worry about bid stealers if the resume isn’t great going into the conference tournament

Kill shot at the end, unfortunately, sums it up. Such a winnable game
Somebody said iu is winning this game with 12 minutes left.

Conference tourneys help very little btw, field is usually pretty much already made by the time of the big ten tourney champ

Yep, by all logic they SHOULD matter a lot — neutral games against teams from your own conference! And a better process would weigh them appropriately. But the committee based process…doesn’t.

If IU beats Ohio Stste, their first round game would be Thursday against a quad 1 team.

Add another year to IU finishing a conference season without a winning conference record.  Best IU can do is finish .500.

I hate that this led me to looking up our conference record history. Since Crean's first year in 2009, 4 seasons above .500 in conference. 3 by Crean and 1 by Woodson. Ugh.

Yup I believe against either Oregon or Illinois. I guess there’s a chance it’s against UCLA?

I'm just happy we're kissing this era of Indiana basketball goodbye in a couple weeks. Good ******* riddance.

Amen. Win or lose Saturday it can be a positive. Win we go dancing most likely… lose we start locking in on the coaching front and that much closer to having hopefully an actual college basketball coach
