There’s the real hypothetical no one is thinking. This entire time it’s been his wife and kids forcing him to move to the Celtics and now back to IU.

On that note I’m really looking forward to playing UK again.  I miss the rivalry and beating them is great.  I hope we can do that more often than not in the NIL era (pre-NIL it was tough with how they paid under the table).

Yes, that’s a big reason why I think well we’ll be competitive now in recruiting. A lot of schools were already paying, now we get to legally!

Honestly, the grinder part is a fair worry to have with a guy who has been away from college coaching for over a decade. It's also a fair worry to have with an older coach like Few, especially after seeing that to an extreme in Woody. 

Obviously, you get Stevens if you can, but those people who think that hiring Stevens comes w/o any worry have blinders on. It's fair to point out possible issues with ANY coach...
