Several years and tens of millions into his tenure with Boston, Brad was still driving a Mazda. This isn’t a guy who can be bought, and it’s certainly not a guy who will make a decision based on 9.2M vs 10M.

I guess I am. I checked it out with a few very high donors who were putting up lots of the money, couple journalists who write about IU and someone in the know. They all had the same info. The donors still stand behind it.

Just because details aren't in the media doesn't mean they aren't factual details? There are high profile business deals done all the time where the people that know about what went on are the people in the room and the people that they talk to. Stuff spreads because people in the room can't be trusted to keep it quiet.....hence the need for smokescreens.

It could be something along the lines of knowing someone that should/would/could know information. People trust that person. That person then tells people in here and those people are inclined to believe them, but unfortunately that person exaggerated. So long story short, the people saying that they hear in here are being honest and truthful with what they hear, but that information is wrong.

Either way, I’ll never accuse Chris or Jerry to be “trolls” or internally feeding us bad info on purpose.
