Yah, but there’s no possible way the whole team could keep that secret for more than 5min. Somebody would be texting, instagramming, and snapping while they were being told. 

Doesn't mean SD isn't letting them know that they'll be happy with the hire. In that case, I'm sure they are in wait and see mode.
