We really haven’t landed “the big fish” in a long time with any level of consistency. We are not Kentucky, Kansas, or Duke and haven’t really recruited at that level since the early 90s. EG? Bracey? DJ White? Cody? Noah? Not a ton of big fish in 30 years. We really need x’s and o’s and wins more than a Calipari. Especially in this era. Have no clue who we hire in the end. Just hope he is a top 10 x and o guy with a better personality than Archie. Home Jersey, Trish, Jeff Flabjohns and 2 others 5

Quite confident he will be able to find 3 and 4 star guys who want to play for him after this season at Drake. He could bring Stirtz, retain Rice and Reneau ... maybe Mgbako ... and fill in transfers. We'll see, if he ends up being the guy. There's going to be risks no matter what. Trust Dolson or not, I guess. You seem to be trying really hard. I guess I like the effort. JustWinBaby, Hoosierfanyuh, J34 and 5 others 6 2

TrueHoosier62 Posted March 14, 2025 Posted March 14, 2025 I think we should consider Dylan Mulvaney for the position of head coach. Chris007, newcastle12, JustWinBaby and 1 other 4

A lot of people he top football programs have a GM plus a lot of support staffs I'm obviously not saying they don't need a staff & GM. I'm saying any strong candidate for this job should already know what they need and have people in mind to fill those roles without the AD trying to mitigate shortcomings on his own.

Hoosierfan2017 Posted March 14, 2025 Posted March 14, 2025 Would our NIL even be elite with McCollum? Before this past year it wasn’t great, but then Woodson’s billionaire buddies dropped fat stacks for him. How many donors even know who McCollum is, let alone will be willing to give him millions of dollars? Chris007, Hoosier987 and taco corp 3

I feel I watch a lot of ball enough where I would hear and see someone enough I can sell and get behind. I legit have no clue other than stats and advanced stats. Those will no doubt change with better talent and different/stronger opponents. But to your point, personality is huge at a place like this. I would have to run on blind hope here if that’s the way it went in the end. Trish and Shooter 2

Popular Post Shooter Posted March 14, 2025 Popular Post Posted March 14, 2025 Archie Miller had very little charisma, never won a thing here and still was able to sign stud recruits like Romeo and TJD.
