I thought, FOR SURE, it would’ve come out this weekend. But, there’s a reason it didn't and that’s ok. Just remain patient. Good things are happening / have happened. It’s not a coincidence that the media, even guys like Goodman, have not a clue as to what is going on. Don’t bail on Dolson. Nothing about this search has been a failure. We’re all gun shy, and for great reason, but much better times are just around the corner. We got gotta get back to the Indiana way…

I think nothing comes out after our season is done

The temptation to panic and overreact is powerful. I've felt the urge all day today. Everyone just take a chill pill. I think we're gonna be alright. Scott Dolson has proven that he knows how to hire the right man for a job. He's playing this close to his chest. No one actually knows what's happening. Let it breathe.

Goodman hates IU and loves to rile up us fans. Any opportunity to do so, he takes it. Don't forget that.

I'm not totally sold on Dusty May. 12 of their 22 wins have been by 4 points or less. I call that luck. He's a few bad calls or unlucky bounces from being Mike Woodson at this point imo. That could change of course.

What’s your point ? 5 of Mccollum’s wins have come in OT. I would call that luck by your definition then.

He’s happy there.  Chicago kid.  He wouldn’t leave for just any job.

And allegedly he reached out during our two previous openings.

That is a thing about McCollum; have watched a lot of Drake over the last month, and they grind out all their games. Relentless, but I do wonder whether that approach will hold up at the highest level. He could be the next Tony Bennett. I suspect he'll show us at Iowa, and am not counting him out.

So you can say that Goodman is mistaken...at some point we're going to find out who's more full of ****

Not quite as excessive as 12 wins by 4pts or less. With just average luck I think Michigan would have lost at least 3 more games imo, and they would have the exact record that we do. I do admit with average luck Drake would have lost two of those close ones, making them 28-5....Tough to explain my thinking. I could explain better in person over some drinks lol.

Have a mutual friend.  I know he definitely reached out to IU at least one time.  Once Jim Phillips left the AD spot, things changed.  Wouldn’t be surprised if he moves somewhere this coaching cycle.

My friend said he hasn’t asked him about IU while the season is still going on but maybe will hear something later this week.

His only D1 experience, in his entire lifetime.  Those two are not the same no matter what you say.

McCollum 30 wins is more wins than Chris Beard had at Texas in two years.  Well....if less than two years.
