The first 2 seem logical.. maybe even possibly/likely. The third one isn’t one I’m high on personally as a starter and I find he’d definitely be a bench guy for us.

In this scenario, Sparks, Ware at the 5. Reneau, Banks, Ledlum at the 4. Banks and Ledlum could be 3s. But in general I don’t see it likely.

That's what everyone said when Samson started making phone calls that were not permitted.  They were only phone calls, right?   Everyone else does it.  The NCAA will never catch us.  Level the playing field, right.  What is a little cheating when it comes to winning championships.  No I do not jest.  IU has always tried to run a clean program and do things the right way.  The NIL and transfer portal are new and there are always cheaters out there.  Some won't be caught.  Some will.  Want to take the chance and run a dirty program?  Not me.  I have some pride in my school.

He could be right or wrong. He could know something or be guessing. He did say when the Caleb Love to IU news was hot that Caleb was down to IU and Mizzou. That didn't pan out.

Add in the back and forth from “the staying positive and optimistic” group versus the “the sky is falling, this staff and team stink” group. With that added, you nailed it. But most of all, within the last 30 hours, no commitment has happened so you haven’t missed the big picture haha

That'd be the number 2, 45, and 75 players in the portal.  It'd be a haul, but we'd still need shooting (dear basketball gods, please be Knecht).

Not sure how much time DeLoach would get here with those 2.  He'd be the athletic rim defending/rebounding type guy but scores entirely from the post and put backs.  I read he's talked to Thompson and Aljami Durham and both said great things about IU.

The NCAA didn't; IU self reported and self sanctioned, the NCAA laughed said okay then laughed at our stupidity after getting off the phone.

All the crap the NCAA let's slide, they couldn't care less about phone calls, it's even legal now.

He also said that his best bet on Simon Lukosis from Butler was Indiana and that Purdue was one of the players for L. J. Cryer.  He’s a guy with 188 followers and a google search bar IMO.

Thanks for posting this. To me, if we get Ware and Ledlum, idk if I see a reason to bring in another big. We would have Reneau, Sparks, and Ware, with Ledlum also playing some 4. 
Will trust the staff, but would prefer the staff to focus on shooting if we get Ware and Ledlum.

I hear you.  But it's pretty much an open secret that the NIL "collective" is the equivalent of the GM's salary budget.
