Not surprising, been rumored for a while now. He wasn't going to stick around and fight for the job again. Don't blame him one bit.

Dude has nothing but respect from me, played his butt off for this team and left everything he had on the field every game.

I have no idea on either question, but with how injury prone Penix is I'm not feeling great about our backup not having any meaningful college experience.

Best of luck to Ramsey wherever he goes. Would love to see him succeed at a big time program if given the chance. Wherever he goes, that program is getting one hell of a kid. Now we need to hope Penix has a great offseason in the weight room that translates to a healthy/full season. IF he can stay healthy, we could have a very special team. Vegas thinks he’s primed for a special season anyways.

Hope Tuttle is ready. 

Michael Penix is a more talented quarterback and can elevate this program to the next level if he stays healthy the next few years. I don’t want to rag on Ramsey in his “tribute” thread, but Penix did more than just practice well.

Congrats to Peyton on a great career at IU and best of luck at his next stop.
