Maybe the whole family is going because the whole family needs to be sold on Vandy. Maybe only Romeo came with his trainer to IU because not everyone needed to be sold.

Crap, with the whole family going to Vandy, Drew’s probably gonna pull out all the stops....manikins throughout the gym to make it look more full, and speakers supplying extra crowd noise. Good thing he can’t coach and they play Florida, at least we’ve got that going for us when they visit. (I could see Drew stooping to this level, haha)

Especially down 65, there is always a wreck or something between Loserville and Nashville. I have family down there and I can count on one hand the amount of times that I have made it down there without being delayed for something.

Or maybe they wanted to go with him since he is an athlete to spend some time with him. I mean it is the weekend and I would imagine that they are off work and probably make a family weekend out of it, I mean possibly, but who uses logic anymore?

Exactly.  They might not like their son spending the night in Nashville with Darius.  Known troublemaker of dubious character.  At least tangential involvement in a pretty disturbing locker room incident.  Suspended this year under unknown circumstances.  Maybe various and sundry tomfoolery whilst overseas last summer.  

I could understand a parent wanting to be present for the Nashville trip.

My guess is drew, garland, and shittu will all get together with him and push hard for a verbal before he leaves campus. They want this wrapped up now and will try and play with his emotions

Could be...and then hopefully Romeo’s family being there would be a good thing so as to prevent him from making any rash, horrible decisions.

If that is the case, and Romeo and the family fall for it, then he in my opinion is not HOOSIER material.  I think they are smarter than that though.

Before Romeo announced a top 3 Tim and Romeo both said in interviews that they would wait until spring to make a decision....[emoji736]

After he announced a top 3 Romeo and Tim have said in interviews that Romeo would like to make it to IU and Vandy to catch a game or practice [emoji736]on the IU visit and [emoji736] on the the vandy visit Saturday. They said they probably won’t make it back to Kansas for a game [emoji736]

So according to the families timeline (the only one that matters) they have followed it to a T. People will take away from the information in their own way but the family has told everyone what the plan has been. So for an overview a top uncommitted top 5 player who has cut his list to 3 is still being heavily recruited by all 3 (shocking) and it seems to me by all the information I have gathered through various outlets Romeo is still gathering information on all 3 of HIS finalist. People outside his circle might have all the necessary information to make his college choice for him but that’s not how this works.

As USPS said, this was all a part of the plan, we all knew Kansas wasn't going to just roll over and take a loss, especially with a kid like Romeo. Self will do all he can at this point to get him to join the Jayhawks, same with Drewfus. He will be interviewed, he'll say the visit was great and Bill Self's meeting was great also, it'll be normal answers as always, "The visit was good, it was a great environment, etc." Indiana remains in a good spot as said by recruiting experts. Take a chill pill you guys, there is still a long way to go, the longer, the better it is for IU if you ask me.
