HoosierRobbie Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 He is brining the whole family to vandy. That is no casual visit. It sounds more like I am darn serious about going to this school.Sent from my SM-J700T using TapatalkThat’s what I was thinking. He came to btown with a friend to watch the game. He’s taking his whole family to Vandy. Doesn’t sound good to me.Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

Bailey7878 Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 So a normal visit? I would venture to say that a large majority of kids bring their family with them. Popular Post TheWatShot Posted February 14, 2018 Popular Post Posted February 14, 2018 The panic-stricken responses in this thread in light of a recruit (gasp!) visiting a school in his top 3 are what two decades of mediocrity/irrelevancy have done to this fanbase. Walking Boot of Doom Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 How many times do you think the Langfords have accompanied Romeo to Indiana? It's all good. We won't know anything till spring anyway. mdn82 1 Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 If Archie had any serious concerns that we were out of the Langford running I'd expect to see him continuing to extend offers. Isn't Vandy still chasing rainbows and they're already oversigned? I don't know if we get Romeo or not, but I think IU is still very much in it and I wasn't that confident a month ago. And if we don't get Romeo, so be it. I think we'll still have a pretty darn good team next year regardless. mdn82, BGleas, LockdownD and 3 others 6 Quote

Still doesn't mean he's actually going to play there or that anything has changed. mdn82 1 Quote

IUrocker Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 I’m not gonna say that Romeo taking his entire family with him to Vandy means anything extravagant, but I’ll also say that it doesn’t necessarily need to be taken as only a negative thing when looking at it one way or the other. The other side of it could mean the whole family is respectfully going down there to say “thanks for recruiting our son and getting to know us all this time, But...”. So I mean there could be a positive to it as well. As others have said though, it could REALLY just be no big deal and they are just attending the game to be there. ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote
patrickmorriso9 Posted February 14, 2018 Posted February 14, 2018 It's possible the whole family is going because it is a longer drive that maybe his parents don't want him making by himself Iugradman, CR3AMnCR1MS0N, ebridges24 and 4 others 7 Quote
Popular Post KDB Posted February 14, 2018 Popular Post Posted February 14, 2018 Weren't a lot of you saying that you wanted Romeo and his family to go to a Vandy game? Why are you freaking out now! I don't mind them going to see Florida destroy Vandy, and I definitely don't mind them watching Drew coach in-game! ebridges24, CR3AMnCR1MS0N, taco corp and 5 others 8 Quote
