hoopsta007 Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 The question is how much of our NIL can be used on officials. Purdue must have spent a pretty penny on that after losing to a 16 seed Hoosier DaDa, thebigweave, Home Jersey and 1 other 3 1 Quote

str8baller Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 Edey still can't guard a pnr except to drop. Have fun in the pros. HoosierHoopster and RaceToTheTop 2 Quote
HoosierHoopster Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 PU is a one trick pony. Interested to see what Hurley does over the half to adjust. SC beat Iowa / Clark with a game plan for her. UCONN is so clearly the better team, let’s see what you got Hurley J34 and pappy1865 2 Quote

Nope To be fair, Yao Ming wouldn't be the same player in the NBA today as he was then. But Ming's mobility >>>>> Edey's. HoosierHoopster 1 Quote

RaceToTheTop Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 U Conn up 6 at half -- ESPN gamecast puts them at 71.9% to win. Quote

Hoosier1984 Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 Of course I took the over 66.5 and ended at 66. Gambling at its finest. johnsoniu 1 Quote
Stuhoo Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 Here is something I absolutely LOVE: Clingan picked up his first foul with 15:00 left in the first half. At halftime? Clingan still only has one foul. Edey hit shots over Clingan, but they were far tougher shots than he usually has to take. And they didn’t have to double with Clingan in the game. Home Jersey, thebigweave and hoosierfan6157 3 Quote

Weirdly, uconn is pretty good at them (like we were last year) but have struggled from 3 the last few games. Painter may have to go under 2nd half and give them 3s and hope they struggle. Quote

AKHoosier Posted April 9, 2024 Posted April 9, 2024 Feels like UConn may have figured something out on Edey the latter part of the 1st half. Of course now that I say that he'll go for 20 and 10 in the 2nd half. Quote

Sent from my SM-A146U using Tapatalk At this point they aren't even trying (or at least, aren't getting) three point shots up. Just two attempts that half (they ruled Mason Gillis' shot that got blocked a two but it looked like a three to me). Clingan able to get to half with only one foul. The two guys that have two fouls for U Conn are the two guys they get off the bench Quote

They're losing that battle but pushing the pace to make constantly dumping to edey a losing strategy in the long run due to high possession count. Smart by Hurley imo Home Jersey and cybergates 2 Quote
