Well if michigan ever falls off or goes to crap then at that time. If devries can make iu better than michigan for a extended period then that will be the time. But who we kidding dusty probably win a few natty just to dig that knife in knowing our luck

Michigan currently has Kenpom's #1 defense. A popular criticism of Michigan a year ago was that they couldn't play defense. I guess Dusty figured something out.

B1G won Maui 

B1G is going to win Players era 

B1G is going to win Acrisure Classic probably 

B1G won the Hall of Fame classic earlier in the week 

B1G won their game at Night of Champions 

to say B1G is having a great non conference so far would be an understatement 

I say it every year but this is exactly what you want the conference your team plays in to do.   Last Sec got 14 teams in because of their history making non conference results.  B1G won’t be that good but they are going to get extra teams in the tourney because of this start.

Unbalanced schedules stink.  The fact we only get 1 game of Purdue/Michigan during the regular season stinks.   Michigan only has to play Illinois, IU and Purdue once.   They have a brutal 10 day stretch in February though

It’s a heck of little run here however just last week they were struggling with Wake and TCU.   They are easily a top 5 team but they won’t keep trucking people by 40.   Very impressive stuff right now though

Yeah. If I were a UM faithful I would definitely get concerned about peaking too soon.

We will have plenty of fun match ups between DDV and Dusty led teams. I'm sure there will be years they get the best of us and years we get the best of them. I would've loved to hire Dusty when Michigan did but we also don't know for certain he'd want to coach here. Timing just didn't work out. Sucks, but I think we got another really good coach who can be here a long time. And yes, a big ole screw you, to Quinn.
