I wonder how Woodson gets away with skipping out on that show so often.  It’s a pretty significant portion of his outside, marketing, and promotional duties, for which he is paid quite handsomely.  It’s not like he has any other shows or really does a lot of other marketing and promotional stuff for the program.
This year they cut the number of shows down significantly. When Archie was here it was almost every Monday when there wasn't a game and live streamed on Facebook.

What exactly does he do for the program? His "coaching" isn't anything to write home about.

There’s obviously more space,” Walsh said when radio voice Don Fisher asked about Ballo’s improved production over the last two games.

Hope that quote doesn’t get Walsh fired……
Should we be concerned it takes a injury for the staff to figure out things they should have already known in early October? Hopefully nobody is getting paid millions of dollars for this!

If that was the case we'd gave a coach no one wanted. Surely not, IU is too well run for that.

Pretty sure you know the answer to your own question.

The only result for the season that would make me accepting of a Mike Woodson extension is if we hang the banner. For all the stuff the "King of Indiana" has said and pulled, that's the only result that would make me go, "Yeah he's an a$$ but we won it all." Anything less makes him the Court Jester lol

He also doesn’t do media interviews the day before games any longer. Hasn’t done them since the Bahamas. He did them the previous years. Hopefully it means he knows he’s not coming back.

I think he knows that it’s all about winning. He can decline podcasts, interviews, not show up for the other sports teams games, decline pep talk requests, not show up for all hands meetings etc etc. If he wins people won’t care. He just hasn’t figured out how to coach yet which is important to winning

Winner winner chicken dinner and even though he thinks he’s the smartest man in the room, he’s a pretty dumb coach and human being!  Winning will cure all but it’s consistent winning that will get fans that he’s dumped on back in his good graces.  But he is still too stupid to figure this team plays better with one big, 4 out and 1 in but also they play better without the black hole in the lineup.  Ballo still needs to play 28-32 minutes per game

I don’t think consistent winning will do it. Too many have decided that he should go.

He's a puss.  Afraid of the the hard questions becuase he sucks.  And yes, like others have said winning cures a lot of ill, not being an a-hole allows you some grace.

Really hoping we slide Dusty a blank check before he gets too comfy up there.

It would be great if that blank check included Wolf and Goldin.  Not diminishing Dusty but holy sh!te I don’t remember the last time I saw two seven footers with the ball skills, passing and multi-level threats possessed by those two. They are fun to watch.
