From my perspective of trying to follow our high school recruiting efforts Walsh was really active in IL, OH, KY and IN high schools and he shouldn't shoulder all of the blame for our failure to land any of these kids. That's on Woody and his lazy recruiting approach. Now having said that, I will add that I haven't been seeing hardly any life to high school recruiting since last fall from anyone on our staff. Woody coaching is probably their last chance at controlling the program. For years and years people have been saying IU needs to modernize certain aspects of the program but people with influence still think IU can get by in this day and age by being IU. Look how hard it was for Archie to modernize the locker rooms. You sucked at coaching but thanks for getting that ball rolling on that. When and it is when not if they move on from Woody I would guess that the old guard will finally be driven out. The ammo Dolson will have to show them ok we did it your way and here we are.
