Leave him in the Bahamas when we go home. He's already mentally retired. Any one of us on BTB could do a better job than him at this point. Three simple steps.

1. Get out of the chair and actively coach the players DURING the game.

2. Rehire Adam Howard and not only listen to what he has to say, but actively help recruit with him.

3. Don't blame the players and fans for coaching failures and squandering of resources. 

How is it I understand these simple concepts but Woodson can't???

They stink is an understatement but it’s more poorly coached.  I am a firm believer that the team takes on the personality of their coach, just look at the way we play and the way Louisville plays!

The man has been stealing money from organizations his entire coaching career. He never should have been considered, let alone hired. Had he not played at IU, Woody would be unemployed. Bad hire that should have been cut loose after last season. 

Trying not to overreact but we paid millions for this?

It brings me no joy to say that the majority of us were proven correct before the end of November.
I do enjoy some good natured, old fashioned crow eating though. All in good fun! We can all admit when we're wrong, right? 
Perhaps "group think" exists for a reason and in some cases, may also be known as common sense? 
I'm sure the true fan gang will thump their chests if we beat WVU tomorrow/whenever we win a game... that's their MO. 

The good news for Woodson is after this tourney, it's back to cupcake city.

Teams absolutely take on the personality of their coaches. We’re a lethargic team that lacks toughness and discipline. It’s hard to “get up” for a game when you look over at your sideline and see Woodson half asleep.

Just curious...why is it NOT acceptable to simply broach the possibility that kids who are handed millions of dollars on potential, may just zone out once they see the checks? There is always someone with a "its not the kids...how dare you" post...BS...Kids can be big pieces of crap just like everyone else...and they are not kids, sorry....Work harder or give back the cash.
