If it happens bench/role pieces are determined imo. Gotta go after starter quality 2 and 3. Which it appears we are trying to do.

I think it’s a welcomed edition assuming we get 2 of starter quality.  
 

I feel our bench 4-5 has a strong feel where we shouldn’t  have a HUGE drop off and in some games who knows…..

Woody likes his size, he’s 90’s NBA mode, but to be honest, so am I.  Especially when it’s athletic size.

Yep and Gunn somewhere in there too. Makes me wonder if we end up landing 2 starters because Galloway is a fringe starter and Gunn is gonna play some. But to be really good we need 2 more strong pieces

That's what IU got here. Looking at his numbers, he's been pretty consistent over his career. He's not going to score a ton but he's a known element who played 4 years in the ACC and was a starter 1 season.

Much like Sparks, clearly A Dude, as far as backups go. So:

starting caliber dudes: X, Ware, Reneau, Trey

reserve caliber dudes: Sparks, Walker

probably dudes of some variety in ‘23-24: Gunn, Banks

…and two spots to fill, with some strong prospects.

Great depth player. Would assume Indiana just secured the best front court, as far as depth goes, in the B1G. Also have the clear cut best PG. As has been said above, Indiana is currently a high volume scorer/shooter away from being very good. Add Mgbako and the ceiling may be higher next year than the last. Go Hoosiers
