If Indiana hires Brad Brownell then they deserve to be buried forever

Hello! Long time inactive member, first time poster. Here I am, 2373 pages deep in a coaching hire forum, reading about the nuclear meltdown implications of Brad Brownell, while I nearly put myself into a panic attack watching Dusty May coach Michigan in the B1G title game. What a great day for my mental health!! Hoosier 4 life!

If those are the options my order would be::

1. Devries
2. McGollum
3. Not Brownell

Some seem to think that young automatically means home run, to be fair. McCollum is only a homerun compared to Brownell.

It’s a risk sure. But it’s a risk on a guy who has been a head coach since he was 28 and still doesn’t have 100 losses as a HC. He hasn’t lost more than 9 games in 13 years. He hasn’t lost more than 5 in a decade. All the guy does is win. No reason to think that stops because it’s a bigger program. That’s just nonsense. 
 

That being said, I’d guess he’s Iowa bound.

I do find it hard to believe we would force Woodson out and then go get someone like Brownell or Devries.
