Today, Indiana Athletic Director Scott Dolson announced the hiring of the new coach of Indiana basketball. Despite all of the speculation, there was only one true candidate all long.

 

Hoosier fans, meet your new coach, Bob Knight’s chair! After a one game interview against Purdue, it was decided that the chair would be given the job on a permanent basis, regardless of the @$$ that sits on it.

my opinion is we need the best basketball coach. I don’t need a morally superior person as that head coach. Look at Harbaugh and Ryan Day. Both great people but play in the grey and won it all. I’m fine with that level of dark arts. I’m not ok with what Beard did. 

Bolonley, Ryan Day has no grey.  :)

Why isn’t Scott Dolson talking to the pork chop’s agent very publicly every day? Drive up the price for Purdue and cut into the money they have available. You get to troll Purdue and you get to drive up the cost of pork chop. And it takes any heat off anyone else you are looking at. Maybe I am just an @$$hole, but if I am Dolson, I am doing this with a big grin on my face.

Sure, but he played 15 games and 27 games in recent seasons without tweeting at all.  He hasn't played close to a full season of NBA basketball in almost 8 years. 

 

He still traveled with the team, sat in meeting, everything else you do when you're on an active roster, though. 

But, yes, this season he's for sure tweeted more.
