As Division 1 head coach (including through this year)? Harper made the NCAA tourney at WKU his first two years, and since then has been "just okay." 

So because those 4 guys haven't been world beaters in D1, neither will McCollum? 

Don't buy that reasoning, personally. He is unproven in P5. He could be great.
