Agree — not saying he'd fail, clearly a good coach, not totally convinced it’d be “bad” but I think there’s a little downside risk

FWIW, Taco Bell is nasty, but I grew up on WCs and we actually have a couple in Phoenix now (ok, Scottsdale and Avondale) ...

It was crazy for a while when the Scottsdale one opened. Long lines for like a month or more.

I have a hard time believing that Woody knows much of what is going on with his replacement.  But strange things happen. 

If we are in a spot where McDermott is our fall back position then we are in a good place.  He would be head and shoulders above every coach we have had in a long time.

There’s nothing on his resume that suggests he’s any better than Crean or Archie.  He’s actually very similar to those 2 in a lot of ways if you want the truth.

McDermott had his shot at a big conference and blew it….also, if we are dipping to a McDermott, I would go Alford….records don’t lie….
