This will be interesting for sure. They couldn’t fine IU for having players in the portal. The only leverage Fox has is the TV rights contract they signed with the Big Ten and the other conferences they are holding hostage. I highly doubt there is a failure to perform grenade in the contract that would invalidate everything, but I wouldn’t be shocked if there was some sort of liquidated/compensatory damages clause which specifies how much has to be paid for not attending the “Crown” tournament.
