FWIW - Keion Brooks currently on an OV to Arizona and visited Washington last week.

Your post made me recall the below.

Hoping he doesn't end up at AZ or any of the B10 schools.

Rothstein just tweeted that Keion Brooks will transfer to Washington.

Safe to say his career has not gone as he (or his dad) had envisioned.

Hope it works out for him.

I doubt it would have gone much better for him here, but I can't help but wonder if the constant threat of 5 star one-and-done kids at UK just was too much for him to get comfortable and find a groove.

So the question is... Who is now better off? Indiana going with Armaan Franklin or Purdue going with Newman?

IMO, Painter has mishandled Newman to the point of killing his chances of success.

I don't pay any attention to PU. What has Painter done?

Redshirted right away on a team that could have used his shooting.  And then the past two seasons he started out decently and at the first sign of him not hitting shots gave up on him.

One thing he can do that Purdue seriously lacks is play defense.

Mo State’s Isiaih Mosley, probably the best player left in the portal, commits to Mizzou. Not a major surprise, he went to HS about 20 mins from the campus, but Cuonzo Martin didn’t offer him. Dennis Gates’ complete remake of that roster is really something,

Not a fit for IU, but worth noting that on the name alone that Messiah Jones of Wofford has entered the portal.  Four year undersized power forward (6'6") at Wofford.  In four years there, averaged 9 points and 5 1/2 rebounds in 20 minutes.
