I think the key phrase in his dad's comment is "I don't know FOR SURE..." I think if Romeo was truly undecided he'd have just said, "I don't know..." After all, CAM could be arrested tomorrow as a Russian spy and that could change Romeo's mind, so dad can't know For Sure, but aside from that or a meteor destroying Bloomington before Monday, I think we can read between the lines that it's IU.

Nobody who is holding a huge event on Monday is going to give away the suspense or his moment 5 days before. It's just common sense.
