MoyeNeeded Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 He left the game tonight to another big IU chant. Then it's IU all the way. There's no other reason he'd even consider a crap program like Vandy. And about 300 in line for pics and photos!Sent from my SM-G930P using BtownBanners mobile app Quote
Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 In light of Romeo's scoring binge last night -- For those wondering what single-game scoring record is in state history… Herman “Suz” Sayger, scored 113 points for Culver vs. Winamac, March 8, 1913. Culver won 154-10. ALASKA HOOSIER, woodenshoemanHoosierfan, Josh and 4 others 7 Quote

mdn82 Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 He does seem mildly connected. I wonder about past predictionsHe knows his stuff in Southern Indiana typically in the past. Most obvious person he knew things about was Jaquan Lyle. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Hutch89 1 Quote

Every time I'm down that way, which is rare, I see far too much UK stuff. I live about 35 minutes away from there. Yes there is a decent amount of UK fans (yuck) around here but most are the idiots who couldn't name you 3 starters on their team and dont know basketball and only root for them because they are usually winning. The true basketball fans here still love their Hoosiers like no other....except for the small PU groupies. Diadem and Dalton26 2 Quote

I'm just throwing this out there but this guy is connected with EG10 basketball. That is who Romeo played with until this past year when Adidas created an Adidas Gauntlet team for Romeo out of Louisville. Let's be honest. If the guy does have some real intel he's probably not going to share it with anyone. Yogi's Picnic Basket 1 Quote

Feel like he stopped posting as often. Hope he didnt get in trouble for sharing stuff. No trouble just extremely busy with work, coaching 6th-grade basketball and officiating at a high school almost every night. As far as Romeo is concerned I have heard almost nothing. One tidbit last week but not sure if I believe it even though it was pro-IU. I hope he chooses IU but not sure if he even knows where he is going next year yet. With or without him I do think our roster is going to look a lot different next season. ThompsonHoosier, Walking Boot of Doom, janaslama and 10 others 13 Quote

I would say its odd that he tweeted after that despite surely being asked. Yet it took 12 hours to deny intel Quote

Well... out of a 14 player roster (13 schollys + McBob, who has already said he'll be back), we are guaranteed to have a new player in place of: RoJo Newkirk Priller Freddie Collin CuJo spot Add to that: the odds of losing at least one more player who doesn't see a prominent role going forward are quite high. That would leave us with approximately seven new faces in the 14 spots. And that's okay! HinnyHoosier, CR3AMnCR1MS0N, Chris007 and 3 others 6 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 From the Star and Romeo's quest for the state scoring record - With 12 games (at most, with a state title run) left on the schedule after New Albany's win over Jennings County on Thursday, he'll need a robust 40.2 points per game to catch Damon Bailey, the state's all-time leading scorer. If it's 11 games, thanks to a sectional bye, he'd need 43.8 points per. reconmkd, Hutch89 and janaslama 3 Quote
