Hard to say how this will go.  NCAA has recently won many of these injunctions, so I have to believe it's 50/50 at this point.  I am sure being in Monroe county will help their cause but I would think the NCAA will try to take it to a higher court if they lose in Monroe county.  May just delay the inevitable.  But then there is the case with TKR, so who is to say.  He should not be granted any more years but at this point is eligible.  NCAA is truly going to fight this until the bitter end it appears.

Seems like the NCAA has been getting some TROs or preliminary injunctions overturned at the appellate level. If the Monroe judge is going to actually issue a final order, I think that would be much harder for the NCAA to get appealed and overturned before football season is over. Same would apply to Wyatt and Daley should they lose. So I would think this judges upcoming ruling is going to be pretty important one way or another.

From Michael Niziolek at today's hearing in Monroe Co.

Stephen Daley testified that he received no NIL during his first three seasons at Kent State and made $500,000 last season. Kellan Wyatt testified that he made between $50,000-$100,000 at Maryland and $300,000 in 2025. He said he would receive similar amount this year. 

According to his testimony, Sam Alexis made $400,000 at Florida in 2024-25 and $1.2 million last year for Hoosiers. Said he would make "somewhere under a million" this season.

I guess how does one judge rule final and others can be appealed?  Hoping it goes their way but like I said earlier it really should be either yes or no in all cases of 2022 that are appealing if they meet the no professional sport requirements of the conferences instead of some are winning and some are losing. Thanks for clarifying this is a final order.

….I love reading Ohio St’s message boards when I can’t find anything else IU Football to read. 
Looks, I think for the most part we as IU fans are handling IU Football’s rise pretty well. To be honest a lot of us are STILL shell shocked of how well we are still doing.
However, MOST of us are really beginning to realize that this NEW IU train is for real and here to stay. I’m really enjoying the ride, ….that’s for sure!

Still, in the eyes of many, we still have not officially arrived and PARKED! 
I’ve been trolling their site and the majority view the IU game as their true “test” or validation game…

Thanks.  NCAA won another appeal in Ohio yesterday.  Judges continue to side with them on 2022 class doesn't give me a good feeling for Daley/Wyatt/Alexis.  Hopefully we find out tomorrow or Friday.

After the epic collapse Saturday on X many of their fans were posting about Cig, how he has a killer instinct, and would have won that game by 20 LOL Some said they wished he was their coach.  Cig is a unicorn, and however it happened that we lucked out to get him, I am enjoying this ride for as long as possible.  Other fanbases either love or hate him but he always seems to be in the conversation, and I relish the fact the IUFB is no longer the doormat of college football.

The north end before the NEZ facility was laughable. Pretty sure you could walk up and watch games between some trees from up there without even having a ticket. Though it was probably cheaper to actually get a ticket into the game.

Hell I remember being able to see the northern 3rd of the field all the way from the sidewalk on 17th St. The only thing stopping it on gameday was if the opposing team parked their buses behind the small south stand.
