DAMN YOU OLD FART!  ;)   On behalf of the moderators (that's you OF), I was hoping that this would stay under wraps until, oh, about the 12th of never, to prevent political commentary Tomfoolery and the like.

So in advance; a reminder that:

1. While most have firmly held political opinions, this board is not the place for them.
2. Even with an IUFB visit to the White House, that policy will be strictly enforced.

Why is this our rule? Because:

1. If we open that Pandora's Box it is very hard to close it or moderate it even-handedly,
2. Political conversations on a message board usually go downhill even if they start out well-intentioned, 
3. And finally (and most importantly) because generally, people enjoy that this is a politics-free internet space.

So here are examples of what will and won't be allowed:

YES: "Looking at the IUFB White House video and saw that Cignetti brought his third cousin's grandma's nephew with him. Heard that kid can really punt a football and has committed to NW Eastern Michigan Tech. See link for that young fella's recruiting profile."

NO: "Looks to me like XXX Player loves/hates/is ignoring/is playing bocce ball with XXX Politician. I find that to be lovable/hate-able/worthy of being bludgeoned with a bocce ball."

Kinda suspicious that everybody who “voted” for him is now dead.  Just saying. 
 

On topic I’ve been training for an outlast race in Oct and IU football games are the perfect thing to watch while I am regretting that choice. 
 

Just watched us curb stomp Alabama and anybody who wants to say Black is slow needs to rewatch that game

Mendoza says he might not go because of OTAs.  I saw one video saying he is at the bottom of the totem pole and needs to work.  Some sites are saying the visit is a week before his OTAs, so who knows.

And frankly, it makes no difference to me one way or the other and I'd wager it doesn't matter to his new employer.  He's an adult and free to make his own choices and my respect and admiration for what he accomplished won't change one iota.
