Opened as 11.5 point favorites. Seeing 13.5 now. Looking like a gorgeous day, and I have yet to rule out the (LONG) drive to Evanston.

You should go.  I know 7 people that will be going. I wouldn't be surprised if we made this a "home away from home" type of game. Interesting stadium too, with the layout.

ESPN showing us as a 2 TD favorite now.

Tell that to my checking account!

But yeah, got a feeling our boys won’t be forced into a silent count Saturday.

Had this brainstorm to Amtrak it both ways on Saturday because I really don’t feel like staying in Chicago overnight.  The trip there is perfect. The trip back doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Done that before and it’s always that way. Nice early morning trip up for a Cubs game and either get home at 3am or a noon departure the next day. The train ride to Union then navigating the CTA zoo is enough public transport for a lifetime for this guy.

From The Daily Hoosier -

In Indiana's game notes for week six, they say Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium seats 12,023.

Get in price still hovering around $210 for those wondering.

I feel many are overlooking this NW team. I don't believe the team or the coaching staff will, thankfully. However, let's remember this is a team that went 8-5 with a bowl win last year and has a good defense. I believe IU will win but I think it may be closer than many think. I also thought MD would be about a 3 point spread so what do I know....

NWerns QB is not at 100%.  Their starting center is out for the season.  Their running backs...aren't.  Their offense is sputtering.  Their defense seems a lot better.

Fearless Forecast: Northwestern vs. No. 23 Indiana - WildcatReport: Northwestern Wildcats Football & Basketball Recruiting (rivals.com)

They are coming off of a bye week.

UCLA was also coming off a bye week. IU's first 2 B1G road games are against teams which had 2 weeks to prepare but they should end up 2-0 regardless. Just another sign of progress.
