I totally agree with this take. Need some shooters off the bench for sure....id like to have more depth than we have had in years past....seems like we get a starting 5....then fall off tremendously anything past the starting squad

Definitely need more depth.  We will have two good BIGS but need another 4/5 and a wing to help.  Plus a couple guards unless we think our freshman can contribute which I'm all in favor of if they are ready.

If there’s a good roster and one spot left I wouldn’t be upset if they kept it open to hunt for a high quality euro looking to make the leap over here late spring or summer.

I don’t remember if it was Fru or the UVA kid but one of them didn’t sign until like July last year.

Do I hear Miikka Muurinen's music? Lol

The 13th scholly needs to be treated like a complete lottery ticket every year. Either some high end kid who drops in late or some raw, toolsy kid who you bring in to work with with no intention of them actually playing and if they develop you stole a kid and if they don’t you move on to the next one.

It will be interesting to see how people respond to the double big lineup, after all the hand wringing about it under Woodson.

Kind of think a lot of handwringing was not just the double big lineup but the fact that there were no outside shooters to take advantage of the two big lineup. If IU had players who could at least hit a wide open shot from outside, let alone a contested shot, think success would have been better.

He seemingly wants to go back to the west coast so likely not an option anyways, but I was a little hopeful they would get involved with Brady Dunlap from SLU as an off the bench shooter. He would fill that role really well, but I haven’t seen anything connecting him to IU and I think he’s taking visits out west

He sure did it well for St Loius

You can say that again

Just to clarify as we’re sitting around waiting on this: Sherrell is no longer on campus, correct? He’s home, right?

I swear, that poor kid is gonna be a member of parliament someday and that picture will still be following him around.

Give the department a little time to make the commitment video.

Thank you Chris, I'm in the dentist office. I'm in my feelings a little.

Probably couldn't get him specifically, but a guy like Terrence Hill from VCU. Just a bucket-getting guard off the bench that can also take some ball handling duties in spurts.

Maybe a guy like Del Jones from Radford. Two years of eligibility, started at Clemson
