As for Conerway I think he has two years left. I thought it was ruled that the JC seasons no longer count towards your 4 years

That's fine, is what it is until high school recruiting picks up and that takes a little bit of time.  A few portal guys with multiple years of eligibility will help balance things out, and I'm sure we'll get some of those here in the next few weeks...

If DeVries can prove in year 1 that his approach can succeed here, he will have no problem recruiting HS and portal players going forward. This year was always going to be more challenging because players are taking a bit of a leap of faith to come here as opposed to more established systems elsewhere. With that, we will likely have to overpay some players. That's just the way it is.

I'll worry about next portal season next portal season.

Haven’t watched him play but reading about him it looks like he’s more of a traditional back to the basket big? If that’s true then no.

We’d need a mobile anchor on defense given our perimeter defense may be suspect, and a threat in the PnR given the middle should be wide open with our shooters on the floor.

Sisley more a 4, especially 20-30lbs from now. 

Based on his roster last year... heavy perimeter players incoming. 1-2 more bigs, IMO.
