I didn’t take it that way but I am sure the assistants that we currently have aren’t doing their jobs either, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!  If the Leader shows the way, others will follow.

I played in an event with Kenya about a year and half ago. Nice guy, but had just had an unplanned newborn and looked a bit rough.

Purely conjecture on my part, but he just didn’t seem like a guy that would be putting in the extra hours on a scout.

His son is at Notre Dame, his daughter is a junior in high school and a pretty good soccer player. Celtics are for sale and he won an NBA championship. But no one really knows the answer to your question. Hopefully he has the coaching bug again.

And who wouldn’t want to get out of that hell hole they call Boston?

I think we all know Woodson doesn’t put in any extra time and effort so why would an assistant coach with a newborn be expected to put in extra work?  Leadership comes in many ways but leadership by example is one most leaders do naturally, but not Woodson

I haven’t seen it myself yet but someone on Peegs said the King is not doing his radio show again this week.

Fisch was already promoting that Moren would be on during the game Saturday night.

Interesting... isn't that part of his contractual duties as HC?

The way things have gone for IU basketball hires since Knight, we'll probably hire Shrewsberry and ND will hire Stevens on the cheap since his daughter is there. Shrews gets fired in 4 years even though it's obvious he isn't the guy after year 2. Stevens stays at ND for 20 years and wins multiple championships.

Just kidding.... Kind of.

The radio show is Woodson's Iowa game.

I don't know the answer to your question but IF all the parties know he's done when our season ends I doubt anyone's going to make an issue of it.

True dat. And IF he's truly done at the end of the season, even I can let it go, too. :D

Hasn't Stevens said his dream job is IU? Hasn't it been rumored that he's said that he'd coach IU one day before it's over? I could be wrong on that. Can't completely remember but if I'm Dolson, that's my pitch. It's now or never buddy. We hire Dusty and he's here for the long haul. Whatcha wanna do?  Again, maybe I'm dreaming up that I've read he's said those things. Haha

Judging by the game they coached without Woodson vs minn two years ago thy aren't impressive. Minnesota was down to six scholarship players and we barely won.

It was reported to be his "dream job" many moons ago... before Boston... and he passed the last time IU came calling... maybe the overall situation has changed enough to make him and the Mrs reconsider... not holding my breath...

Also, how long has he been out of coaching? Longer than The Parasite King was, I think.
