Better yet?

Scroll to the 1:00:45 mark, when Coach is asked about West Coast travel and does IU have to adjust what would normally be a Thursday arrival for a Saturday game.

Cig: "No, no, no, no. We ain't doing that guys. We're gonna get there as late as possible. Okay? We're gonna wake up. We're gonna play the game and we're gonna come back. That's what we do. Get to the hotel at about 8:00 at night (on Friday), right? Ate our meal. Woke up. Played at 3:30. Kicked their @$$ and went home."

Keep that man at all costs.
Edit: And his coordinators as the cherry on top.

Florida, Florida St and Auburn potentially all looking for coaches. Find some way to lock Cig up.

Clearly Cig will have unlimited big time options.

Clearly money and support will be no object for IU.

If Cig wants to stay he will get everything he needs. So if he wants to stay? He will.

Open the checkbook. Do everything possible to keep this man in Bloomington.

The sharks will be circling in the water to get a piece of him with his history and what he’s doing here. It really is remarkable.

I just hope the chance to build IU into a consistent contender is the challenge he continues to seek…and maybe it will be. He’s a chip on the shoulder type of guy, and everyone told him it couldn’t be done here.
