The bottom line: 

If Mack (and to a lesser extent Banks, Gunn, and Walker) don't seriously step it up, this team will be playing in the NIT, if we're lucky. We can all have our own opinions on how likely we are to see improvement from any/each of them... 

I still think we can have a surprising ceiling. But an insane amount of improvement has to happen in multiple areas. That's not unusual/unexpected for not even being at Thanksgiving yet.

He is, but Reneau missed him on multiple occasions.  Reneau got his points but the ball is sticking with him.

Don't know the answer, but think that Reneau is so clunky that it makes it near impossible to have MM, Reneau, and Ware on the floor at the same time.  But with the construction of the team and lack of guards beyond X, Gallo, and Cupps, they have to play bigger guys at 3.

Do we have enough talent to be a national contender? No. But we should have enough in this program by this point to not be seeing what we've seen the first two games. It just doesn't make sense.

I’d like to see us try Mgbako at the 4 with Reneau off the bench so the bench has scoring punch. Stagger lineups, not full lineup subs. We can not play that all bench lineup anymore, and MM needs more touches.
