They beat Marian in exhibition by 36, St Francis in exhibition by 45 and their first two regular season games by 35 and 50 points

I’m a little surprised Woody didn’t empty the far end of the bench either game. Maybe he feels his first 10 guys need as much time to gel as possible.

I have said this team has talent at every position. It also has depth. We just have to be patient while all of these pieces learn how to play with one another. This will be a very good team as the season progresses.

Imagine you’re right. That is a shame. Healthy, Newton is just flat better than Gunn, and not a little either. He would have absolutely been in rotation and helped this team.
