RaceToTheTop Posted January 23, 2023 Posted January 23, 2023 Michigan State shot 28 free throws. Jordan Geronimo and Malik Reneau fouled out in a combined 34 minutes of play. 7 of Hoggard's 11 points came from the ilne. Hoggard should have been happy it was chippy because Michigan State had 28 free throws in a road game. That was the only thing that kept them within 13. lillurk, hoosierbgh, ALASKA HOOSIER and 3 others 5 1 Quote

MSU is almost always chippy, it’s their own MO. ALASKA HOOSIER and lillurk 2 Quote

Banksyrules Posted January 24, 2023 Posted January 24, 2023 I’m glad Woodson is calling people out in a professional manner. All I want is this team to give maximum effort. Like how I fight to get the last slice of pizza. No mercy! HoosierAloha, Joe_hoopsier, Chris007 and 2 others 1 4 Quote

Remind me to talk to Woodson next time I’m being lackadaisical HoosierAloha, Joe_hoopsier, lillurk and 1 other 1 1 2 Quote

Miller and previous staff was recruiting him harder than any high major at the time. It was still early but IU was showing him love I feel bad for Smith. If Archie was still coach Smith could have been in Bloomington, an immeasurably better college town than Laffy, and experiencing what it is like to be on a 7-10 or so game losing streak. go iu bb, Stromboli, lillurk and 1 other 4 Quote

That’s the floor to make it in my opinion. That’s by no means a guarantee. I thought they were good last year after they won their first conference tourney game and committee was clear putting them in the first 4 that they really needed that second win. However IU didn’t have top 25 out of conference road win and their non conference sos was in the 200s last year compared to this year. They would be in a much better spot this year if they were near the cut line again I think you may be forgetting the "Michigan rule" from last year. IU scheduled tough neutral and road games against Arizona and Kansas and lost them so they should get enough extra credit to bump them up a few seed lines. Josh and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote

I'm already having visions of an 8 point, 4 rebound, 4 foul game in Mackey with the Paint Crew harassing him all game. Hope he can still get to 8 points and 4 rebounds at this rate. Quote
