Would certainly think so. But the only thing is, that kid is so oriented to building his brand and Rutgers is the least useful option for that purpose. Even if he goes there and has a D’Angelo Russell-type freshmen year, he’s not gonna grow his brand the way he could anywhere else. Wouldn’t shock me if it’s Duke or KU. Would shock me if it’s IU.

I have zero expectations that we land him but every time it's mentioned he's committing tomorrow, our name is in print as one of his finalists and that's just damn nice to see.

Ace and Harper at Rutgers for a year will be interesting. Both kids can really ball.  Pikiell is a good coach.  They will be a must watch for me.

For some reason I think Duke is on the short end of the stick on this one. NOTHING  in any way to hint that IU has a chance.

It's odd to think a kid as highly rated as those two have watched Rutgers and think "I want to play in that terrible system."

So his recent attempt to troll the IU fanbase by trying to get our hopes up then choose another school obviously hasn't worked. Today is announcement day and this thread is dead.
