Besides us IU fans and some other outlets how many people even know what is going on.  I have not seen one national media outlet even talk about that IU has even talked to Stevens.

It doesn’t have to. For all we know Scott could be close to signing John Belien (despite info from our trusted folks that we love)
Its very interesting that we have this much chatter about Brad Stevens in general. It’s from people in the know as well. The Billy D stuff was strictly Twitter and Albers. 
 
This is different. For whatever reason. 

Not to disparage our new friends but on HSN there was a very similar feeling about BD. 0708 mentioned earlier he fell for it and I was sure he was coming. On here there was skepticism

This time though the number of different groups singing the same song is amazing. Chris, Yeagley then we unplugged HSN and they come over and lo and behold 0708 is singing in harmony with our guys. Thinking that is probably enough we find out some Buckeye living in TX had been sending out the same message weeks before but he had no audience. When some of us gave him that audience he reveals a few pieces of the puzzle no one else would believe except the fit perfectly with what Chris and 0708 knew. Suddenly the lingering doubts start to fade.

Oh yeah ISP shows up quickly compares notes and boom is off posting coded contract info. Lastly Rabby gets his needed 5th source and says hey maybe Brad.

Yeah this feels much different this time. Bobby came back and lifted the curse? I dunno, maybe DD was right and we needed an IU guy after all. Except not at HC but in Dolson as AD.

At this point I’m so certain that the whole CBB world will be shaken up on day 1 of March madness that I don’t know what to do if it doesn’t happen. Celtics or IU gotta downplay this or else, let’s be real, it’s legit.

How can any other coach realistically take this position at this point?
If they follow us in any capacity they will be going up hill forever and that's unfortunate

It is the most jaded board and lets face it, having a new poster show up and drop that with no context would probably be viewed side eyed by quite a few people.

That being said, when I take what is posted there and match it to what is being said here, it doesn't sound completely implausible to me.
