And he’s basically been a 1 seed the last four years so you would expect them to make the S16. He’s overrated by the people who think if only IU kept him we’d have another banner by now. Possible, but not close to a sure thing. Probably not even likely given the fact that in about 35 years of coaching at P5 (Houston wasn’t always tho) schools he’s made two Final Fours. At some point you have enough data to establish a trend. You want to kill the IU administration for passing on a scumbag that cost us a banner then lament not going after Pitino. Or complain that we didn’t go after Beilein. All much better coaches than Sampson. go iu bb and CSP 2
