What Goodman means by interesting: I think - based on his information - he sees IU entertaining the idea of Beard and ultimately passing. 

I think Goodman thinks we might kick the tires on Self, go after McDermott or take a big swing at Mick Cronin. Guess he also thinks Brownell is in play if things go a certain way. Not sure about where he sees McCollum (or Schertz) fitting in.

Hoping this is all his fantasy world; we'll see what comes out.

How do you square this with Pete Thamel going on ESPN twice in the last few weeks and summarizing Dolson’s thinking? I think yesterday he even said “I talked to Dolson this week”?

Not true. I’m not saying Beard for sure will be hired….but this is not a zero chance like some people think.  Beard has as good a chance as anyone right now. Anyways, I think Dolson, whoever that is,  will get his guy and it will be good

There’s a thread for this etc. but it didn’t happen in ‘21 BEFORE the Texas incident as has been repeatedly pointed out, and it’s probably technically correct that he’s not a 0% chance in the way it’s also technically correct that I’m not a 0% chance.

But if we’re rounding down for chances below 0.5%? Then both of us are 0%.
