They don't unless Dolson has got people together to pony up the increased Salary.  IU's Athletic Department is one of the few that is in the back, but it isn't in the black enough to handle the increases in salary to the FB program and that kind of increase in the BB program.  

I do think it is reasonable to assume, that there are enough wealthy donors out there who would be willing to give their money to make a splashy hire like Stevens.

Someone on Twitter leaked saying that the interest of Stevens, Bread and Woodson is high from the peegs site. But mainly it’s directed at Stevens, but according to rabby, he doesn’t know much other than that IU is pushing.
