Hopefully that was not the case as Steven’s has had 4 friggin years to ponder being IU’s coach. I’ll be surprised, and disappointed, if he was the guy Scott  thought he had only to have him back out.

Well, Sampson would have won big at IU if the administration had his back. Crean was actually winning, but I guess not enough. Miller was considered a good hire at the time. But yeah, I had to do a lot of talking myself into Woody. At least RMK got to come back to AH at the end of his life, so I guess there is that.

are you basing your news on these thoughts?  if you follow Chris' timeline, Scott got left at the altar recently....oh, about 48-72 hours ago....that could be entirely correct.....
